At LEVN Studio, we believe in slow food and time-honored methods. Every loaf is hand-shaped, naturally leavened with our wild sourdough starter, and slow-fermented for 12–24 hours. We use only simple, clean ingredients—organic flour, water, and salt—nothing more. No commercial yeast, no maida, no preservatives.
Our sourdough starter is carefully maintained and fed daily, developing the signature tang, depth of flavor, and airy texture that define our bread. We rely on patience, fermentation, and craftsmanship rather than shortcuts.

We are proud to introduce Preeti Singhal, originally from Udaipur and based in Pune for the past 26 years. With a background in Hotel Management and extensive experience running her own bakery and working in the professional culinary industry, she brings passion, skill, and dedication to every creation. Starting from home in 2024, she launched Levn Studio’s cloud kitchen in 2025, serving 500+ customers with artisanal sourdough breads.
